Returns

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned once delivered unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within *48 hours* of delivery with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within *5–10 business days* using the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect order placed by the customer
* Products damaged after delivery
* Products without original packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
